-Achii, kenapa tak datang ambik darah hari tu.

Hari ni sepatutnya saya review itu darah.

-Susahlaa dokter, selalu2 mau datang, saya husband sudah stroke. Mau datang, mesti mau angkat teksi. 10 ringgit pergi, 10 ringgit balik. 20 ringgit mahal dokter.

Sekarang kerja pun tak boleh. Bajikan kasi satu bulan 350 ringgit. Rumah sewa 200.

Ok laa jimat2. Dulu saya kerja kilang ada epf sikit. Sekarang laki tak kerja saya cuci pinggan, cuci,orang punya rumah kasi kemas. Anak lagi sekolah.

-Ohhh itu macam ka...

-Dokter lepas ni dr tengok saya laki... nanti saya mau satu kali datang hari sama. Pasai senang mau angkat teksi.

-Ok! Kita adjust sekali Achi senang angkat darah juga.

A bag of The Quran

Reading spectacle

A few kitabs

Telekong

Sejadah

3rd

A sewing kit

Of scissors and patchworks

Resume duty

Of putting the thread

Through the needle

At least a dozen of those

at a time!

4th

Medicine box

Eucalyptus oil

A few Panadol

And of course

What is prescibed 

By the hospital

I

Resume duty 

Quite so happily

Of colourful packaging

And labelling

What medicine to take in the morning

In the afternoon or in the  evening

Make up pouch

Bedak sejuk

Celak Mekah

Homemade coconut oil

For the hair

A comb and...

Pacak sanggul

Of sirih

Tepak

Kapur

Kacip

The White
Cotton Candy Clouds
Floats softly Against

The sun sparkles undyingly
Twinkling on its surface
The calmer sea
Ripples to the shore
The waves gently kiss
The golden sand

When
The white frotty waves enrages the  sand.
I hear it roars from deep within me
But then..there  always is the sweet salty smell of the breeze
And the silvery turquoise sky
Bridging Peace.

She was 8 and I was 7
Back then...
It was a huge big difference
And I
Look up on her for life experience

'This is the season of The Chinese Opera
We!
 Must go and watch that at Tokong Cina
It wasn't a difficult decision
It wasn't a difficult  permission

You can't eat anything there ya!
Kalau mau, beli Ais Kepai Saja!
Off  we walked to The Tokong Cina
It was just nearby,  not very far

Together We sat on foldable Iron Chair
Looked  to the actors on the stage up there
It is hard to churn she says
For your 7 year old mind!
I'm here to explain the opera storyline!

You see that  man in a Monstrous Mask?
That scary face from the dark of dusk!
He is after the most beautiful princess
The most beautiful is she..compared to the rest

Though
 Not a single word to my understand
 I was mesmerized by the song and the dance
And of course my best friend with her storyline
This and that and rewind and rewind

But up till now I could not comprehend
Nor is there a disclosure from my best friend

Which one of the Chinese Princesses
With the same sparkly and intricate dresses
And the same  flaring pink painted face
I was definitely  amazed
How could she ever knew?
Perhaps
it was..
The wisdom
 Of an 8 year old too?
