It Defies.....................
High Flow Mask of Oxygen
All sort of Fluids and Inotropic Drugs Infusion
Then the procedure of Endotracheal Intubation
With 4 pints of Whole Blood TRansfusion!!

In between panic and controlling the situation
Couldn't bring the BP to a favourable condition
When The Heart showed sign of Decompensation
And The Brain suffered a very low Perfusion............

I....... surrender to His calculated precision
That we werent able..to bring back this patient!
